Oil Seals
NOK supplies both standard and special design seals for both general and special applications.

Medium pressure seal for oil and water application. (Max. pressure 3 kg/cm²). Not recommended for shaft size with diameter over 63 mm. |
A combination of spring fitted seal lip and dust lip. The seal lip is designed to withstand pressure from deformation when pressure increased. |

High pressure seal for oil and water application. (Max. pressure 10 kg/cm²) |
A combination of spring fitted seal lip and dust lip with a reinforced metal casing to reduce deformation of the seal lip due to increase pressure. |

T4 Type  |
For reciprocal motion. Hydraulic or shock absorber seal. |
A combination of spring fitted seal lip and dust lip. The seal lip is designed to prevent lip deformation de to reciprocal motion. |

J Type  |
Seals for engine, torque converter pump and washing machine. (Max. pressure 1 kg/cm²). Suitable for high temp. high speed shaft, low torque and insufficient lubrication condition. |
A combination of spring fitted seal lip and dust lip. The seal lip is coated with polytetraflouride ethylene resin (NOK rarefron ®). |

SA1J Type  |
Medium pressure seal for liquid chemical, solvent and fuel oil. To substitute for normal rubber bonded seal, which is not suitable for these application. (Max. pressure 3 kg/cm² ) |

Splash seal for liquid chemical and fuel oil. Dust seal for high temperature without lubrication. (Max. pressure 1.0 kg/cm²) |
Spring-less seal lip with one main sealing lip (VAJ) or two main lips in the same direction (KA31). The seal lip mat is made of polytetraflouride ethylene resin. |
